On Basic, the shop has one login. Premium gives each staff member their own login, so you can see who sold or received what.

No. Your phone camera reads the barcode. If you receive big deliveries, a Bluetooth barcode scanner also works: it types the barcode for you, like a keyboard.
Most outer cartons have their own barcode, different from the one on each item. The first time you scan a carton, link it to the product and set how many units it holds. After that, one scan adds the whole carton.
Carton scan is for cartons that hold one product. For a carton with different items, scan the items one by one.
Search for it by name and tap it. It works the same as a scan.

No. Your sales and stock are visible only to you and the staff you give a login to.
Area insights show what is selling well nearby and how your prices compare with the area average. They use grouped figures only, never a shop’s name, and only when at least 5 shops in the area take part. You choose whether your shop’s data is included, and only shops that share can see the insights.
Your data is stored online, not on the phone. Sign in on another phone with your mobile number and PIN and carry on.
Premium includes an Excel export at any time. On Basic, email us and we will send you a copy.
